Abel Shott appears to have been a pseudonymous American Western novelist active during the 1940s and early 1950s. Very little biographical information has survived, and no reliable sources identify the person behind the pen name. His books were primarily published as inexpensive Western novels by Phoenix Press and similar publishers.
