Abra Taylor was the pseudonym of American romance novelist Barbara Brouse (d. 2005), who also wrote under the pen name Araby Scott. She was a prolific writer of category romance fiction during the late 1970s and early 1980s, publishing primarily for Harlequin, Silhouette, and Mills & Boon. Her novels are contemporary romances featuring family relationships, suspense, and emotional conflicts.
