Ana Leigh is an American bestselling author known primarily for historical Western romance and romantic suspense novels.
Born in Wisconsin, United States.
A Wisconsin native, she and her husband, Don, have three children and five grandchildren.
Before becoming a full-time writer, she worked as:
a theater cashier,
head of an accounting department,
corporate officer,
and one of the few female members of the board of directors of an engineering firm.
Her first published novel, Love’s Long Journey, appeared in 1981.
She retired from her business career in September 1994 to write full time.
She has appeared on both the New York Times and USA Today bestseller lists
