Grew up with a passion for books and writing from childhood.
Has stated that she spent much of her childhood in libraries before progressing from short stories to novels.
Lives in a small town near the Southern California coast.
In addition to writing fiction, she enjoys composing and playing music and watching classic films.
Her novels generally combine law enforcement, bounty hunters, U.S. Marshals, and romantic suspense.
