Adrianne Lee is an American novelist best known for writing romantic suspense, contemporary romance, cozy mysteries, and humorous mysteries. She began writing seriously after taking a community college creative writing course, where she met her first critique group. Originally writing mysteries, she gradually incorporated romance into her work, developing what she describes as “sexy whodunits.”
She has been married to her high school sweetheart for many years and has lived in Washington State, including both Eastern Washington and the Olympic Peninsula, depending on the period of her career. Her novels have been published internationally, primarily through Harlequin, Forever (Hachette), and other publishers. Her fiction often features small-town settings, amateur sleuths, law enforcement, and strong romantic relationships.
